Yoga for Anxiety and Depression

This series will highlight the connection between the body, breath, and mood and how yoga can help you relieve stress. It starts September 28 and meets for a total of 4 sessions (9/28, 10/5, 10/12, 10/19).
The class is being led by an experienced, certified yoga teacher, Katrina Hacker, RYT200, and an experienced therapist, Lisa Master, LCSW.
All levels welcome.
