Re:Plastic

Re:Plastic

Starr Foundation Hall, Room UL102, University Center
General Public

This event will host presentations, a pop-up exhibition, and a panel conversation of projects in pursuit of changing our current use and attitude toward plastic, which are actively engaged in reclaiming, recycling, reusing, and rethinking plastic.

We have become dependent upon the existence of plastics, populated the world with plastics, and plastics in our oceans have a significant impact on our survival. We need to be active as individuals and organizations, but there are many questions as to how we can cleanup our environment, change our use, reuse our existing material, and recognize solutions and healthier material alternatives.
