Religious Studies Fall Roundtable

Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm

Klein Conference Room, Room A510, Alvin Johnson/J.M. Kaplan Hall Room 510, 66 West 12th Street, New York, NY 10011

Each semester, Religious Studies presents a roundtable where scholars working various areas of religious studies share some of their questions and projects with the wider community. This semester, Zainab Mahmood (NYU/Lang), Shirin Mazdeyasna (Lang/Parsons), and Jennifer Wilson (Lang) will bring insights from Islamic studies, mathematics, and contemporary artistic practice to an interactive workshop on Islamic geometric design and its spirituality.

All are welcome!

Refreshments will be served.

This roundtable discussion is sponsored by the Religious Studies program at Eugene Lang College
