Performance Management Workshop for Staff

Human Resources presents a workshop geared toward 1205 and administrative staff who are completing the review process. Starting May 1, 2016, all reviews will be conducted in the new MyDay system. This training includes a demonstration on the software and also covers brand new aspects of the performance review process, including goal setting and feedback. In addition, HR will discuss how the new MyDay system can support employee's overall career development at the University. This workshop is packed with tips, techniques, and solutions to common issues so that employees can make the most of this review process.
This session is only open to New School staff members.
