Ladders for Leaders is nationally recognized program that offers high school, and college students the opportunity to participate in PAID professional summer internships, with leading corporations, non profit organizations and government agencies in New York City.


To learn more about the application process please come to meet representatives from Central Queens YM & YWHA at the Lang Advising offices located at 64 Wst 11th Street.


Who can apply?

• Youth between the ages of 16-22 who are enrolled in high school or college

• A minimum GPA of 3.00

• Be a permanent resident of one of the five boroughs of New York City

• Anyone with prior work/internship experience, either paid or volunteer legally allowed to work in New York
