SOLD OUT - New York Times TimesTalk with Jane Goodall

Thursday, November 16, 2017 at 7:00 pm

John L. Tishman Auditorium, University Center 63 Fifth Avenue, Room U100, New York, NY 10003

All general public and New School community tickets are now sold out. A livestream of the event will be available here.

Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to spend an evening with Dr. Jane Goodall, visionary primatologist, anthropologist and U.N. Messenger of Peace, and Brett Morgen, acclaimed documentary film director. Morgen’s new documentary, Jane, draws from over 100 hours of never–before–seen footage of Goodall, a woman whose chimpanzee research challenged the male–dominated scientific consensus of her time and revolutionized our understanding of the natural world. The film features original music by Philip Glass. Join Dr. Goodall and Morgen as the duo discuss “Jane,” an unprecedented, intimate portrait of a trailblazer who defied the odds to become one of the world’s most admired conservationists.

Sponsored by The New York Times in collaboration with The New School.
