The New School's College of Performing Arts – School of Drama  Directing Festival presents Spring’s Awakening by Frank Wedekind, translated by Eric Bentley, directed by Nicky Maggio.

1891. Wilhelm, Germany. A group of children struggle against the ebb and flow of their sexual awakening. Led by their burgeoning curiosity out of the jaws of a restrictive society, the unfettered choices they make will lead them either to adulthood – or extinction.  

Featuring Jessica Bettencourt, Brett Bezad, Shaotian Cai, Jonathan Crimeni, William Donovan, Jonghoon Han, Moire Kiyingi , Alexandra Merritt Matthews, Claire McClain, and Matthew Thomas Scott.
