Interschool Housing Studio: Toward a Shared Pedagogy

Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Theresa Lang Community and Student Center, Arnhold Hall, 2nd floor 55 West 13th Street, Room I-202, New York, NY 10011

This two-part event, hosted by Parsons' School of Constructed Environments (SCE), launches the InterSchool Housing Studio, a collaborative effort among six New York metro area schools/programs of architecture to share best practices in housing studio pedagogy.

For spring 2019, participating schools—City College, Cooper Union, NJIT, NYIT, Parsons School of Design, and Pratt Institute—are offering a total of 13 studios to over 200 students, who will investigate the centrality of multiple dwellings and their related communal facilities in everyday human experience.
