Elizabeth Loewy, former prosecutor of elder abuse cases in Manhattan District Attorney’s office discusses financial abuse of the elderly. As a prosecutor, Ms. Loewy had enormous experience in this area. Now as an executive of a company that combats fraud and abuse of the elderly, she will outline the dimensions of the problem and offer ways to avoid fraud and abuse.
