Creative Writing Alumni & Faculty Book Party

Each spring, the Creative Writing Program hosts a book party to celebrate alumni & faculty book publications from the previous year. This year, we celebrate 30 book publications by MFA in Creative Writing program alumni in 2018, and 11 book publications Creative Writing faculty, including Sigrid Nunez's National Book Award-winning novel The Friend.

In honor of The New School's Centennial, the Creative Writing Program welcomes all New School community members to join us in celebration of the hundreds of book publications from alumni and faculty of the program since the MFA program's founding in 1996.
