Lang’s First-Year Writing Program is hosting a series of weekly lunches this spring where faculty will present dynamic and interactive lessons in the craft of writing.

These lunches will be held on Tuesday afternoons, 12:30-1:30, and are open to any interested students and faculty. Lunches will be held in room 510, 66 West 12th Street. Food will be provided.

This week's lunch will be presented by Lucas Corcoran, with a talk titled “Show and Tell.”

Lucas Corcoran is a doctoral candidate at the Graduate Center, CUNY, currently working on his dissertation that explores the sociolinguistic idea "languaging" in relation to rhetoric, pedagogy, and institutionalized language ideologies.
