Understanding the Clerical Union – Level I

This training session is geared towards new managers of the union clerical staff, with little or no experience managing a unionized workforce.  

The training will include: a general overview of the union and its workforce; the review of core provisions of the collective bargaining agreement between Local 1205 and the University -- such as work expectations, work schedules, and, time off.  

Managers of the union clerical staff will be provided with an understanding of management's roles and responsibilities, within the context of the program, division and entire University.
