Irresistible Resistance: Earth Week 2016

Irresistible Resistance: Earth Week 2016

The Auditorium, Room A106, Alvin Johnson/J.M. Kaplan Hall
General Public

In celebration of Earth Week at The New School, the Tishman Environment and Design Center is drawing inspiration from the growing unification of movements for climate justice, the deepening of transnational solidarity movements across the globe and the creative expressions of people and communities determined to achieve solutions to the climate crisis on their own terms. We are celebrating the idea that designers, artists and young people are the very heart of the struggle for resistance and resilience and that creative expression makes resistance irresistible.

On April 20, 2016, join the Tishman Environment and Design Center for an evening of artistic, design, and environmental justice perspectives that make the resistance truly irresistible.
