The 34th Greenwich Village Society for Historic Preservation Annual Meeting and Presentation of the Village Awards

Monday, June 16, 2014 at 6:30 pm

The Auditorium, Room A106, Alvin Johnson/J.M. Kaplan Hall 66 West 12th Street, New York, NY 10011

This special evening will look back on the Greenwich Village Society for Historic Preservation's work over the last year to protect the architectural heritage and cultural history of Greenwich Village, the East Village, and NoHo.

The Village Awards were established 23 years ago to honor the people, businesses, and organizations that help to make our neighborhoods so special. All are welcome to join the awards ceremony at The Auditorium at The New School, a beautiful interior New York City landmark.

Selected by a committee of GVSHP Trustees, past honorees, and community leaders, this year’s honorees are LaMaMa, New York Central Art Supply, New York Marble Cemetery, Inc., Pino Prime Meats, Unoppressive Non-Imperialist Bargain Books, Village Community Boathouse and the Regina Kellerman Award: Kathy Donaldson.

Join us to see these outstanding contributors to our community receive the Village Awards this year! Presented by the Greenwich Village Society for Historic Preservation and The New School.

Admission: Free; reservations required by calling 212.475.9585 x35 or emailing
