John Kiriakou is a former CIA counterterrorism officer who blew the whistle on the CIA's torture program in a nationally-televised interview in 2007.  In 2012, he became the eighth whistleblower charged under the Espionage Act by the Obama Administration.  He served nearly two years in prison for his disclosures.
