How to Breathe Again: Post-Election Discussion + Meditation

Friday, November 11, 2016 at 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm

Arnhold Hall , room 908 55 West 13th Street, New York, NY 10011

We all deserve care right now! We do. And talking is better than screaming into the void of the internet.

We will discuss our feelings (that we are comfortable sharing), self-care tips, and ways we can strengthen each other as a community.

We will practice a few meditation techniques that I have picked up along the way.

Women/female-identified focused, but all are welcome.

Offering tea, fruit, and pressed juices.

Led by April O'Donnell, School of Drama BFA senior, registered yoga teacher, and women's advocate. Email with questions.
