Strengthen and tone your body in this invigorating class that works on increasing core stabilization, strength, flexibility, and posture. The instructor keeps the class fun and fresh by mixing classical Pilates moves with new variations in order to maximize the benefits from each session. Each week is a new routine, so you’ll never get bored in this dynamic class.
Suitable for all levels: modifications are given to those that need them and variations are offered for those who want more challenge.
Group fitness classes are only open to current New School students with valid New School ID, faculty, and staff.
Classes are first come, first serve. Drop-in (no reservations).
Each person must complete a paper Fitness Waiver each semester and have current health insurance. Please hand in the waiver at the first class you attend each semester. We require one waiver per location.
