Group Fitness: Boxing

Get ready to be pushed past your breaking point with this great full-body workout. Each boxing session focuses on high-intensity interval training with a heavy emphasis on cardio training and boxing technique. We’ll also work on core strengthening to help improve your punching power and overall stability.

Group fitness classes are only open to current New School students with valid New School ID, 2014 New School graduates, faculty, and staff.

Classes are first come, first serve. Drop-in (no reservations).

Complete waivers are due at your first summer class.
You MUST have medical insurance to participate.
