Group Fitness: Bootcamp

Strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination…work on it all in this bootcamp for all levels! Each class comprises a full-body workout in which you'll also learn proper exercise and stretching techniques. Get pumped up!
Group fitness classes are only open to current New School students with valid New School ID, faculty, and staff.
Classes are first come, first serve. Drop-in (no reservations).
Classes are held in the University Center’s new Fitness Room (room L205 – you must use the service elevator and take it to floor L2).
Each person must complete a Group Fitness Waiver and have current health insurance. Please arrive early to your first fitness class of the semester to fill out the waiver.
