Kathrine Aspaas is the author of the bestselling book The Age of Generosity. She is a New School alumna with twenty-two years of experience as a financial journalist, columnist, and editorial writer at the Norwegian Newspaper Aftenposten

In her talk, she will show how neuroscience, behaviorial economics and social media brings to light new understandings of how business, politics and society is facing a new era. Aspaas calls it "The Age of Generosity". Future businesses and organizations - including the people workng there - will need the courage to be authentic and real, and we will need the guts to be transparent. Her philosophy of vulberability, transparency and the art of being "flawsome" has turned into a movement in Norway.
