Dealing with Difficult People in the Workplace

Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at 10:00 am to 11:00 am

79 Fifth Avenue, 1828 79 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10003

What is a difficult person? This person might be someone who boasts endlessly, interrupts, drags his/her feet, confuses issues, makes you feel guilty, or has any other dysfunctional behaviors. In this workshop, you will learn to minimize conflict and deadlocks by learning the skills necessary to handle difficult people and turn adversarial situations into opportunities to communicate openly and effectively.

This event is free, but seating is limited and RSVP is required by emailing Mary Grueser at
