The School of Jazz presents vocalist Dana Herz's Senior Recital.

Dana Herz is a New York City-based singer, composer, and arranger, currently working on her doubt album creating unique layers of sounds from the Middle East, R&B, Soul, Jazz, and Folk. “Dana’s voice has exceptional beauty, full with high overtones that give it carrying power and shimmering beauty.” (Bavat Marom)

Since a young age, Dana has been interested in exploring different instruments and music from many places in the world, she dedicates years to explore the human voice and its power to heal and connect people. Dana is currently leading her own band and has performed her original music in some of the most prestigious venues and festivals in Europe, Israel, and the United States, including WOMAD festival, The Troubador London, and The Red Sea Jazz Festival. She has also performed at Le Poisson Rouge, Club Bonafide, and Rockwood Music Hall in New York City.
